Press Protocol

It is important to note the following:

  • It is strongly recommended that you schedule appointments in advance of Toy Fair.
  • While on the show floor, photographers and camera crews must obtain an exhibitor's permission before filming or photographing.
  • Exhibitors will check badges and ask questions about the media outlet of those who plan to interview, photograph, and/or film inside their booth.
  • Registered members of the media cannot actively solicit free samples from exhibitors. There are no restrictions on samples that an exhibitor can offer.

Press credentials will not be granted to anyone with title or purpose listed below (please visit the general registration page to see if you qualify for admission under a different category):

  • Publishers and associate publishers and any advertising personnel, including directors, managers and account executives.
  • Administration, presidents, vice presidents, general managers, managers, marketing managers, marketing representatives, public relations representatives, promotions staff, accounting staff, graphic designers or engineers.
  • Anyone whose principal purpose for attending Toy Fair is, in our judgment, for reasons other than generating coverage of the event or its participants.
