Giving Back & Growing Business:
Charitable Activities at Toy Fair

As the global toy community gathers at Toy Fair to foster innovation and growth, the event also allows exhibitors, attendees and the global toy community to shine as a beacon of generosity.

These Toy Fair 2025 initiatives demonstrate how Toy Fair and its partners make a difference far beyond the show floor, ensuring the power of play and community uplift remain at the heart of the industry.

At the close of the 118th Toy Fair® in 2023, The Toy Foundation’s (TTF) Toy Bank℠ collected nearly $2 million in toys, books, games, and other playthings from hundreds of exhibitors. These donations impacted more than 30,000 children in New York City, across the country, and around the world.

Donating Product

At the close of Toy Fair 2025, exhibitors are encouraged to donate toys and samples to The Toy Foundation, the official charity of Toy Fair. The Toy Foundation will be collecting toys to distribute to NYC and national charity recipients with the help of our Toy Bank partner organization.

Exhibitors must fill out this product donation form and further information will be provided closer to the show.

Only The Toy Foundation’s Toy Bank is authorized to collect donations, and representatives of other charities will not be allowed to remove merchandise from the show floor.

Donating Goods

Through the Javits Center’s JavitsCares program, items verified for donation by exhibitors are distributed to New Yorkers in need.

Exhibitors can request pickup for a variety of booth furnishings for donation. Leftover food in good condition can also be donated through Javits’ in-house catering company, Cultivated.

JavitsCares accepts most items, but certain materials—such as carpet, vinyl, and perishables (including food or cut flowers not provided by Cultivated)—may require further approval.
