Toy Fair New York 2022 First Timer Application Timeline

  • Applications received between April 16 through July 15 will receive notification of their approval status by July 31.
  • Applications received July 16 through September 15 will receive notification of their approval status by September 30.
  • Applications received September 16 through October 31 will receive notification of their approval status within 2 weeks of their application date.
  • Applications received November 1 through January 31 will receive notification of their approval status within 1 week of their application date.

  • Applying does not guarantee exhibit space. The Toy Association team uses its expertise to thoroughly review each application to ensure a company meets all stated requirements. If your application is accepted, you will be notified via email. Deposits are non-refundable for applications that are accepted.
  • In an effort to deliver a wide variety of product categories representing a balanced global toy community, show management thoroughly reviews each application. Companies whose applications are not accepted to exhibit at Toy Fair will be notified via e-mail and will receive a full refund within 10 business days after notification. All Toy Fair exhibitors, regardless of contract date, will be listed on the Toy Fair Mobile app, Toy Fair website, and online floor plan.
  • Exhibitors that opt for Raw Space or the Combo Package can rent or purchase additional items for their booth in advance of the show through the official Toy Fair general service contractor, T3 Expo, and other Toy Fair-designated partner vendors. Details are included in the Exhibiting Guide.
  • The Javits Center provides standard overhead lighting on the show floor. Exhibit options do not include additional lighting or electrical power, which exhibitors can order through the Javits Center electrical department.
