MEETING ROOMS
Host meetings, staff lounges, or hospitality events, all in a private space!
Exhibiting companies*, retailers, and entertainment companies are eligible to secure private meeting room space at Toy Fair!
This is your opportunity to strengthen relationships, exchange ideas, and get deals done in a private space at the show.
Meeting room rentals are not for exhibit/display purposes.
Room options include standard meeting room layouts including theatre, classroom, conference, hollow square, u-shape, and banquet. Customizable room layouts are also possible.
Most rooms have carpeting, limited electricity, and a lockable door (with one key). Additional services can be secured to enhance your meeting room space (at additional cost), including:
- Catering & Linens (Cultivated)
- A/V & Computer Rentals (Javits Convention Center, NMR Staging & Events)
- Electrical Services (Javits Convention Center)
- Signage & Furnishings (T3 Expo)
