Toy Fair is a trade-only event

Attended by retailers, distributors, importers, wholesalers, sales representatives, and trade guests. This event is not open to the public. Registration will open in Spring 2023.

No one under age 18 is admitted. Infants are not allowed entry to Toy Fair.

All attendees are qualified based on their primary business. Any misrepresentation will bar you and/or your organization from this and future Toy Association events. Approval to attend Toy Fair in prior years does not guarantee entry.

Credential requirements for attendees will be posted in 2023. Credentials (in English) must be submitted for each registrant. Toy Fair reserves the right to request additional credentials if deemed necessary. All approved registrants may be required to submit proof of identity.

Free admission to all qualified registrants.

Trade Guests

Toy Association members:

A limited number of complimentary badges are provided to full-time employees* of Toy Association member companies. Depending on the number of badges requested, additional fees may apply.

Non-members:

  • $299 until July 31
  • $399 beginning August 1

*Third party consultants, service providers, seasonal workers, etc. are not eligible for Toy Association member complimentary entry.

Non-Exhibiting Vendors and/or Manufacturers

Toy Association members:

Toy Association members who are not exhibiting are eligible to purchase up to two (2) badges at $299 per badge.

Additional badges may be secured provided the member company becomes a Toy Fair sponsor. To learn about sponsorship opportunities, contact Laura Mangiaracina.
