Please note that you will not hear from the Toy Association until October 1, 2025, with the status of your submission.

Call for Presentations
Review and Selection Process

  • Application Deadline: All completed applications received by August 22 will be reviewed by the Toy Association.
  • Selection Criteria: Presentations are selected based on the submitted information. Applicants must follow all instructions carefully and provide all requested information. Incomplete submissions will not be considered. Proper grammar, punctuation, etc., is expected.
  • Notification: Accepted presenters/sessions will be notified no later than October 1, 2025.
  • Final Material Submission: If selected, all session material must be submitted for review by January 9, 2026.
  • Availability: All speakers must be available to present from February 14 to 17, 2026. Speakers will not choose their session date or timeslots and must be available for attendee Q&A post-session.
  • Session Accessibility: All sessions are public and open to all Toy Fair attendees. Toy Fair University allows attendees to build the schedule that best suits their goals and gain a competitive edge in today’s increasingly complex and crowded field.
  • Recording: All sessions will be recorded at Toy Fair and made available to the public post-show.
