Applications Now Open to Secure Space at The Toy Association™’s LA Fall Preview

March 5, 2024 | Applications are now open for companies interested in securing showroom space in Los Angeles this fall as part of The Toy Association™’s LA Fall Preview. Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, based on square footage needs. Click here to access the application. 

“The Toy Association’s upcoming LA Fall Preview is a direct response to industry demand, offering players in the toy industry the opportunity to secure temporary office and meeting spaces during the all-important fall preview timeframe,” said Kimberly Carcone, executive vice president of global market events at The Toy Association. “By making prime office space available in the heart of the toy district in El Segundo, we're helping to ensure that participants have a physical space to share their long-lead lines with their buyers and further forge even more meaningful partnerships. Applications are now being accepted, so if you are seeking space to host your meetings, we encourage you to secure your spot quickly!”

Announced earlier this year, The Toy Association is offering office space for the month of September at 2250 East Imperial Highway in El Segundo, in the heart of the “toy district.” This central location ensures easy access for all participants and provides toy companies in need of showroom space with a convenient and efficient forum to share long-lead lines during the important fall timeframe.

Largely a by-appointment marketplace, companies that rent space will have the opportunity to invite their contacts to private meetings throughout the entire month of September. Additionally, the Association will focus its marketing to buyers and other play professionals by encouraging them to make appointments with all toy tenants during a dedicated market week, taking place September 9 to 13, 2024. The Toy Association is also hosting a “come one, come all” LA Fall Preview Networking Party for the industry on Tuesday, September 10, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Otis College of Art and Design.
