Toy Fair 2023: Everything Exhibitors Need to Know About the Reimagination Awards

toy-fair-reimagination-awards-logoJanuary 16, 2023 | The Toy Association will host an "Exhibitor Academy" session on February 16 at 2 p.m. (Eastern) that will provide Toy Fair exhibitors with essential information as they prepare their booth designs for the reimagined show, taking place September 30 to October 3 at the Javits Convention Center in New York City.

The “Reimagination Awards” webinar will provide toymakers with an overview of the newly created exhibit design awards and how exhibitors can create a visually and experientially reimagined booth experience that will encourage more buyer interactions and attract more media attention. Topics will include an overview of the award categories, the importance of implementing the visual merchandising initiative, what to consider when designing exhibit space, and more.

“We welcome all exhibitors to join this session to better understand how to reinvent their booth space along with a new Toy Fair experience this September,” said Kimberly Carcone, executive vice president of global market events at The Toy Association. “As companies prepare their exhibit booth design for a reimagined Toy Fair, exhibitors will want to create a reimagined booth experience — one that will be even more welcoming to buyers, global press, play professionals, and the Toy Fair Reimagination Awards judges.”

The webinar is open to companies that have already applied to exhibit at Toy Fair 2023. Click here to register for the session. Companies that want to view a recording of past Exhibitor Academy sessions may reach out to their account executive to request access.

To secure booth space at Toy Fair, companies may contact their account executive: Simon Yung (A–G); Stacy Liebensohn (H–P); or Michael Lynch (Q–Z).
