Don’t Miss Your Chance to Participate in the Toy Fair® Product Preview – Deadline is Aug. 31
August 18, 2023 | Toy Fair® exhibitors have until Thursday, August 31 to book an appointment with the Toy Fair PR team to share information about their top priorities at the show. Exhibitors can secure their time slot by contacting The Toy Association’s Maddie Michalik.
The annual Toy Fair Product Preview will take place the day before the show opens on Friday, September 29 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Press Center (South Concourse) at the Javits Center. This is a not-to-miss opportunity for companies to share information about their key drivers so that the Toy Fair PR team can educate media about products and companies at the show.
Meetings will be held in 15-minute increments; companies will be asked to show a maximum of three products and to fill out online product information forms beforehand. Companies participating in the Product Preview will be able to provide one product image for a “new product showcase” video loop that will play in the Press Center throughout the show. Preference for appointments is given to Toy Association members on a first come, first served basis.
This opportunity is one of the many ways exhibitors can take advantage of free publicity and PR support at the show; click here to read about additional PR resources and opportunities, including how to have your company featured in a free spotlight and press release in the Toy Fair Online Press Room (deadline to apply is also August 31).
"There are several ways companies can take advantage of Toy Fair’s fourth quarter timing to create buzz for their products and brands at the start of the holiday shopping season,” said Adrienne Appell, executive vice president of marketing communications at The Toy Association. “By meeting with our PR team at the show, exhibitors will increase their chances of getting noticed by the range of media expected at Toy Fair, from top-tier outlets and local press to global media, radio hosts, podcasters, influencers, and many more.”
For any questions regarding media relations at the show, contact Kristin Morency Goldman, The Toy Association’s senior director of strategic communications.
