Shape Your Future at a Reimagined Toy Fair ‘23: Exhibitor Applications Now Open
August 4, 2022 | As anticipation builds for the return of the most iconic trade show in the industry, The Toy Association has announced that the application period for returning exhibitors is officially open for Toy Fair, taking place September 30 to October 3, 2023.
The application period runs now through September 30, 2022, and applies specifically to returning companies who exhibited in 2020 or were contracted to exhibit at the 2022 show. General exhibit sales will open in October. Companies should contact their account executive, Simon Yung (A–G), Stacy Liebensohn (H–P), or Michael Lynch (Q–Z), for more information.
Taking place in the heart of New York City, Toy Fair is evolving right alongside the business of play. The show’s new fall timeframe allows for companies to tap into programming and experiences and reflects today’s shifting buying cycles and accelerated delivery timelines. Companies of every size hoping to expand their reach and gain critical exposure can also take advantage of Toy Fair’s fall timing to showcase both their current holiday-drivers for year-end deals while also taking 2024 preview meetings behind closed doors.

Toy Fair 2023 will also host the first annual Exhibit Design Awards, providing all exhibiting companies the opportunity to participate and drive additional traffic and media attention to their booths. Exhibit booths will be judged by a panel of media, tradeshow and toy professionals based on creativity, effectiveness, and overall structure.
