Opportunities Await at Toy Fair ‘23: Round 1 of Exhibitor Applications Closes Sept. 30

September 26, 2022 | Next year marks the return of Toy Fair, evolving to offer businesses more ways to connect across the play ecosystem and more of the targeted business intelligence that attendees are seeking. Returning exhibitors are invited to submit their booth applications now through this Friday, September 30. (Assignments will begin by November 1 and general exhibit sales will open October 12).

Taking place September 30 to October 3, 2023 in the media and financial capital of the world, Toy Fair’s new fall timeline reflects today’s shifting buying cycles and will help companies gain exposure for their current holiday drivers while setting the groundwork for 2024 spring and holiday products in private meetings.

With play professionals from 100 countries and thousands of members of the global press anticipated to attend as they hunt for the next hit toy, Toy Fair 2023 will create a more welcoming experience for all attendees on the show floor as part of the event’s reimagined experience. Toy Fair’s new visual merchandising initiative will require all exhibitors to make product visible in at least 20% of their aisle-facing exhibit space. For exhibitors, this encourages even more engaging product to invite more buyer interactions and to help better leverage media attention for the holiday season.

Exhibitors will also be rewarded for their outstanding exhibit displays during Toy Fair’s first-ever exhibit design awards, the Reimagination Awards. Booths will be judged by a panel of media, tradeshow experts, and toy industry professionals based on creativity, effectiveness, and overall structure.

“These types of new initiatives offer just a small sampling of Toy Fair’s evolution to better assist toymakers in expanding their reach and gaining exposure in more categories and more markets worldwide,” said Kimberly Carcone, executive vice president of global market events at The Toy Association. “If you are a manufacturer looking to make your mark or even break into the U.S. market, we invite you to take advantage of Toy Fair’s proven legacy, secure your exhibit space today, and start planning for success in 2023 and beyond.”

Toy Fair will offer turnkey exhibit options to make the show as efficient and convenient as possible. This includes graphic headers, track lights, carpet, shelving for product, material handling, and more. See all package offerings here.
