Visual Merchandising Initiative Returns to Toy Fair® 2025

toy-fair-show-floorMay 21, 2024 | All Toy Fair® attendees will once again feel a more open and welcoming experience walking around the exhibit floor as the visual merchandising initiative returns to the show, taking place March 1 to 4, 2025 at the Javits Center in New York City.

The initiative requires exhibitors to make product visible in at least 20 percent of their aisle-facing exhibit space, such as storefront displays and demonstration areas, catering to the buying community and maximizing media attention at the show.

“The visual merchandising initiative helps make Toy Fair more accessible for all to enjoy by allowing companies to showcase their latest innovations and effectively engage with attendees,” said Kimberly Carcone, executive vice president of global market events at The Toy Association™. “At Toy Fair ’23, the positive feedback we received from attendees and exhibitors alike about this new initiative was incredible. The show felt more engaging, more interactive, and more alive with even more creativity on display up and down each and every aisle.”
