Giving Back & Growing Business:
Charitable Activities at Toy Fair

As the global toy community gathers at Toy Fair to foster innovation and growth, the event also allows exhibitors, attendees and the global toy community to shine as a beacon of generosity.

These Toy Fair initiatives demonstrate how Toy Fair and its partners make a difference far beyond the show floor, ensuring the power of play and community uplift remain at the heart of the industry.

Product Donation at Toy Fair

At the close of Toy Fair 2026, hundreds of exhibiting companies donate toys, books, games, and other playthings through The Toy Foundation, helping support children and families in need across New York City, nationwide, and around the world.

Donating Product

At show close, exhibitors are encouraged to donate toys, games, and other playthings through The Toy Foundation’s Toy Chest Pick-Up, the official product donation program of Toy Fair.

Exhibitors planning to donate are asked to complete the Toy Fair Product Donation Form in advance. The Toy Foundation team will provide Toy Chest donation stickers during the show and coordinate on-site booth pick-up.

Only The Toy Foundation’s Toy Chest Pick-Up team is authorized to collect product donations. Representatives of other organizations are not permitted to solicit or remove merchandise from the show floor.

Donating Goods

Through the Javits Center’s JavitsCares program, items verified for donation by exhibitors are distributed to New Yorkers in need.

Exhibitors can request pickup for a variety of booth furnishings for donation. Leftover food in good condition can also be donated through Javits’ in-house catering company, Cultivated.

JavitsCares accepts most items, but certain materials—such as carpet, vinyl, and perishables (including food or cut flowers not provided by Cultivated)—may require further approval.
