The Toy Association’s official Press Center is reserved exclusively for credentialed, approved members of the press attending Toy Fair. Acting as a home base during the show, the space can be used to conduct interviews and work on articles for publication. Exhibitors and PR representatives will not have access to the Press Center.
The Press Center has a limited number of Wi-Fi-enabled computer work stations available for use. Phones and phone lines are not provided. Coffee service is provided during posted hours each morning and afternoon during Toy Fair.
Exhibitors will have hard copies of their press materials in their booth. These will not be available in the Press Center.
Credentialed, approved members of the press attending Toy Fair can request the use of designated interview space located adjacent to the Press Center to conduct an on-site interview. Access to the lounge will be limited to the duration of the scheduled appointment. Place your reservation at the Press Center Concierge Desk. Tables are limited and subject to scheduling requirements established by management. Ambient noise could make broadcast segments difficult. A Toy Fair step-and-repeat is available for photographs and broadcast interviews. Private rooms are not available.
All special requirements must be arranged and pre-approved in writing with Toy Fair management at least 48 hours prior to execution. The Toy Association may limit these opportunities at its sole discretion.
Camera crews must not block the flow of exhibit floor traffic for any extended period of time.
Press materials will be available through Toy Fair’s Official Online Press Room. This serves as the primary destination for press to source exhibitor news before, during, and after Toy Fair. Exhibitors are encouraged to post online press kits containing product information, company profiles, and contact information. Information remains on the site for one year.
