Proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required to attend Toy Fair New York 2022. Toy Fair New York will be following the Javits Center and NYC -mandated proof of vaccination for indoor activity guidelines.

Upon entry at the Javits Center for Toy Fair New York, you will be required to show one of the following proofs of vaccination, along with photo ID:

*Recommended way to provide proof of vaccination by The Toy Association. All participants are highly encouraged to download the NYC COVID Safe app and complete the Photo ID and Vaccine Verification before arriving at Toy Fair New York.

Face coverings must be worn to enter the Javits Center, in all public areas, and on the Toy Fair New York exhibit floor.

Javits Center is now operating at 100% capacity. It is important to note that Javits Center is among the safest venues in the country. It has received Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) accreditation, meaning the convention center will be implementing the industry’s highest standards for cleaning and disinfection of infectious agents like the coronavirus.

Javits Center has also installed hospital grade High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters to improve air filtration and ventilation. In fact, the entire volume of air within the building is completely changed five times per day.

Many NYC-hotels have their own COVID-19 related requirements regarding proof of vaccination. When booking your hotel for Toy Fair New York, be sure to check the requirements with the hotel of your choosing.

All health and safety requirements are subject to change based on the current health and safety requirements from New York authorities and the Javits Center. The Toy Association will continue to update policies and procedures and will alert all registered exhibitors and attendees of onsite requirements prior to the show. The health and safety of Toy Fair New York exhibitors and attendees are the number one priority of The Toy Association.
